Sandhill Crane (Grus canadensis).
As the scientific name suggests, the Sandhill Crane is a species native to North America. It is a large crane, and arguably one the drabbest in colour. There are six subspecies, two of which are endangered; these being the Cuban and Mississippi Sandhill Cranes.
